IA - Anne E. Nelson Early Learning Center

Video features a Landscape Structures train themed playground at Anne E. Nelson Early Learning Center in Council Bluffs Iowa.

[video: scene fades into an indoor play area; the camera pans up a large artificial tree with lightbulbs hanging above the panels shaped like leafy branches. Scene fades out and back into a view of a slightly slanted ramp with rock walk foot and hand holds. A set of stairs to the left of the ramp allows for different access to the top landing. Scene fades out and back into a large spiral slide that comes down from the top landing of the stairs and ramp climber. Scene fades out and back into a full pan around the large indoor play area. Scene switches to an outdoor full elevated view of the building and four separate outdoor play areas. Camera lowers to a slightly elevated view of two of the four play areas all set for different age groups. The camera floats towards the first play area with artificial grass surrounded by a small walking track. Camera switches to the opposite side of the play area showing the different play activities on the play structure. The camera continues to rotate and jump to different views of the play area colored in a light blue and red. Scene fades to the second play area designed like a hot air balloon in the sky. Camera focuses on a play panel designed like a balloon ticket booth. Camera focuses on the top blue and cream fabric of the hot air balloon. Camera pulls back for a full circular view of the hot air balloon play area. Scene fades to the third play area that has a nature theme. A large, hallowed log tunnel sits in front of mushrooms and trunk log steppers and branch balance beam. Camera focuses on the end of the brank balance beam where the Landscape Structures logo is carved in the end. Scene switches to the fourth play area most suited for toddlers. The camera switches to different angles showing climbers and play panels. A play panel designed like a clock with braille numbers and spinnable clock hands. Camera switches to the back side of the panel where children can learn the alphabet and braille. Camera pans the play structure at ground level. Screen jumps to white. A black vertical line appears in the center of the screen. The Outdoor Recreation Products logo slides out to the right of the line. Then the Landscape Structures logo slides out to the left of the line. Text fades in below both logos reading: For a better tomorrow we play today. Screen fades to black and video ends.]

Four unique play environments create distinct little worlds for children aged 6 months through 5 years to explore. Perched inside a kid-sized jogging track, a SmartPlay® Breeze® gets ready for takeoff, inviting kids 2 to 5 to hop on board. With bouncy belting and two slides, the Breeze encourages kids of all abilities to soar. They can chat between the brightly colored pinwheel Talk Tubes or play music on the nearby Rhapsody® instruments. In the next play space, a turquoise blue PlayShaper® structure offers lots of options for climbing and sliding, while providing learning panels to keep kids’ minds engaged and curious. For tots, a soft lavender PlayShaper structure encourages safe crawling and gentle sliding in a “just right” play environment for the littlest explorers. Inside the building, a climbing wall and stairs lead to a twisty slide for year-round playtime.
