Life’s a beach at this inclusive, sea-side-themed playground in Long Beach, New York, where kids will imagine they are splashing on the breezy shores of the Atlantic. The whimsical SmartPlay® Billows® play structure packs tons of play opportunities into twists and turns of net play, bouncy rubberized belting, slides and balance play. In the nearby SmartPlay Breeze® playstructure, an imaginary hot air balloon offers more material for blooming imaginations, as well as climbing and sliding fun. The expansive five-bay swingset at the far end of the playground invites high-flying exhilaration with belt swing seats as well as infant buckets and accessible seating, so all kids can swing without limitation. An accessible We-Go-Swing® with a ramp is an invitation for kids with and without mobility devices to collaborative swaying. A lovely adjacent picnic area is a place for caregivers to relax under cooling SkyWays® shade. More sensory play features and colorful site furnishings round out the offerings.
