Sycamore Creek Park invites teens and adults to stay active with the addition of the FitCore™ Extreme fitness course. This fitness course design incorporates all 15 of the FitCore Extreme stations to provide users ages 13+ a full body workout. The Quintuple Steps challenge the lower body, agility and motor planning skills, while the Wheel Bridge requires upper body strength and momentum to swing across the three wheels from the low end to the high end. All fitness levels will find something at this extreme fitness park to help them reach their fitness goals.
