Because of Lantana Park's close proximity to the Chandler Municipal Airport, the city chose an aviation-themed playground design. The standout is the control tower-themed PlayBooster® playstructure for kids ages 5 to 12, which towers over the play space. Cloud roofs and enclosures that make-up an airplane help carry the aviation theme throughout the playground structure, which is also packed with climbers, slides, playground panels, bridges and ramps, and so much more. Toddlers and preschoolers have a cloud-themed Weevos® playsystem to test their limits on complete with a tunnel, Wee Planet™ Climber, Giggle Jiggler® Climber and lots more. Set apart from the main playground structure are a plethora of freestanding play components including the We-Go-Round®, ZipKrooz® and Mobius® Climber.
