Gallup Park Rotary Playground
Ann Arbor, MI USA
Playground Overview
Located along with Huron River, the Gallup Park Rotary Playground melds nature with whimsy in this custom playground design. The first PlayBooster® playstructure integrates frond-like and cattail post toppers, rock climbers and detailed nature-inspire panels throughout. The next play area delivers a tower playstructure mimicking a birds nest that encourages kids ages 5 to 12 to climb up for a birds-eye view. Additionally, giant mushroom, formed from concrete, creates an additional climbing experience and allows kids to take their imaginations further. Throughout the entire play space, there are freestanding play components including a custom Sway Fun® Glider and concrete-sculpted animals. Even more, SkyWays® shade products help protect visitors from UV rays.
