Swings are one of the most beloved experiences on the playground, giving children the thrilling sensation of movement while supporting healthy physical, sensory and social development. The back-and-forth motion of swinging provides valuable vestibular sensory input that helps children build balance, coordination, body awareness and spatial understanding. Swinging can also help children regulate sensory input, strengthen core muscles and develop confidence through movement-based play.

For children ages 5 to 12, belt swing seats remain a timeless playground favorite. We offer both flexible belt seats and flat molded seats made from durable, weather-resistant materials that stand up to years of heavy commercial playground use. Impact-absorbing edges, reinforced construction and coated chain options help provide long-lasting performance, comfort and safety.

Younger children can safely enjoy swinging with our bucket-style swing seats designed specifically for early childhood development. Our infant bucket seat is designed for children ages 6 to 23 months who can sit up unaided and features smaller leg openings and a higher curved back for a secure, comfortable fit. For toddlers and preschoolers, full bucket and half bucket seats provide age-appropriate support as children build confidence, coordination and independent movement skills.

To help make swinging more accessible, we also offer molded bucket commercial swing seats that provide additional postural support and stability for children with limited upper-body strength or differing physical abilities. These chair-like seats feature deep seating areas and supportive high backs, and are available with either a fabric strap or a secure molded harness. Molded bucket seats are available in sizes for children ages 2 to 5 and ages 5 to 12, helping more children participate in active playground play alongside their peers.
