Play Time

Placeholder alt text

As a company, we discuss the value of play all the time. Not just for the kids who use our playgrounds, but for our team of employee-owners as well! There's a reason we have a twisty slide in our main lobby -- we believe that play connects us, and shapes us into the best people we can be.

Company values that are posted to a website or displayed on a wall can only influence employee dedication so far. We believe that our commitment to truly empowering our employees has created a high-performing workforce and led to our culture of continuous improvement.

As a commercial playground equipment manufacturer, we work hard and play even harder. Throughout the year, we host events--Spirit Week, an annual bean bag tournament, holiday lunch, Landscape Structures-sponsored 5Ks, and more--that bring our employees together to relax, have fun and PLAY.
