Minneapolis, February 25, 2002 – Landscape Structures new Spider Web Climber is a playground magnet for even the most agile of kids. This 7-foot diameter web of CableCore™ Climbing Cable can be used as a climber between two decks, or as an independent event. You can even install two independent Spider Web Climbers adjacent to one another to create a third dimension of challenge as children climb over, through and between each Web.
The Spider Web Climber’s circular outer beam and smaller inner ring are linked by a brilliantly colored, easy-to-grip matrix of heavy-duty CableCore. The event can accommodate several children at a time and offers them limitless options for testing their climbing abilities.
The Spider Web Climber was designed by Landscape Structures chairman, Steve King, the only head of a major playground equipment company who is also a registered landscape architect.
Founded in 1971 by Barb and Steve King, Landscape Structures is the leading innovator in the design and manufacturing of high-quality play equipment for schools, municipal parks and child care centers.
