We are currently seeking a Solutions Manager to lead the strategy and implementation of new product categories and current product lines. Solutions may also be segment or service focused.  

POSITION EXPECTATIONS

• Maintain awareness of market competition and solution differentiation; identify and capitalize on market opportunities; monitor and respond to marketplace changes. Assess/refine market potential for assigned solutions. 
• Work closely with the Business Development and Product Development teams to evaluate market and industry trends to determine customer needs that should drive the creation of new product categories.
• Manage the solution lifecycles and develop a longer term strategy to ensure that customer needs are met and business objectives are achieved.
• Lead cross functional teams through all business readiness activities necessary to ensure a smooth solution launch – that means pricing strategy is set, marketing and sales tools are ready, reps are armed and trained to sell; designers are trained and prepared to integrate solution into their design, software is updated, etc
• Communicate solution goals, plans, delivery and performance to all stake holders.
• Measure solution results and implement appropriate product and marketing activities to ensure that solutions continue to achieve objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• 5+ years of solution, brand or product marketing experience.
• Strong planning, project management and organizational skills.
• Good blend of strategic thinking and implementation skills.
• Strong customer skills.
• Ability to travel.
