MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER
Primary responsibility of the marketing project manager is to coordinate marketing/sales projects from strategic conception through implementation and have the ability to assess the projects’ success as they relate to the strategic initiatives of the department and company. Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers during strategic conception, attention to detail by adhering to project budgets and guidelines, strong detail management as well as the ability to assess the project’s success as it pertains to meeting objectives is necessary for this position.
POSITION
- Manage project through other team members schedules, timeframes and workloads.
- Prepares project reports for management, clients or others.
- Coordinate and manage strong vendor partnerships and outside agencies relationships.
- Maintain experience and knowledge regarding print/multimedia and design practices as they relate to systems, process and project detail.
- Familiarity with presentation applications, design and standards.
- Maintain a strong knowledge base regarding Landscape Structures products.
- Establishes work plans and required deliverable timeframe for each phase of projects.
POSITION EXPECTATIONS
- Plan and implement product catalogs from concept to completion.
- Plan and implement variety of integrated marketing projects.
- Implement rep marketing requests.
- Assist and/or coordinate new product marketing launches/projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
- Minimum of 10 years marketing or related experience; emphasis in catalog marketing
- Proficient in English. Able to respond to questions from inquiries, inside and outside sales reps and internal employees through written and verbal communications.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
- Ability to analyze and think strategically and develop new programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
