For the third consecutive year, KaBOOM! and the NBA have partnered together during NBA All Star Week to build a basketball-themed playground. As part of the 2011 All-Star Weekend, nearly 100 volunteers gathered for the community-build installation on Feb. 18-19 of a basketball-themed Evos® playground at Frederick Douglass Academy Charter School in Los Angeles, Calif.
In Feb. 12, 2010, an Evos play structure was constructed at the Summit International Preparatory in Arlington, Texas. In March 2009, the first ever community-build installation of a custom Weevos® and Evos play systems was installed at Holiday Park in Phoenix, Ariz.
Landscape Structures was proud to partner with KaBOOM! on their 1,000th community build project on April 9, 2008, in Atlanta, Ga. A group of volunteers worked together to install an Evos play system for the community. Check out the action in the photo gallery on KaBOOM!'s website.
